Max may only be a newer addition to the Coast Inc sales team, but he's already making a lasting impression. We've invited him to share his experience at Coast Incorporated through our Corner chat feature. Here's what he had to say:
Q: What is it like to work with Coast Inc?
A: Working with Coast Inc is fun and challenging. It causes you to constantly work on yourself to improve.
Q: How has Coast Inc helped you achieve your goals?
A: Coast Inc has helped me achieve my goals by providing quality and hardworking individuals who are always willing to help others improve.
Q: How would you describe the company’s culture/ work environment?
A: Coast Inc has a fun, warm, and friendly work environment. The thing I like most about it is having daily meetings to help everyone improve on where they are at currently.
Q: Who inspires you most?
A: My best inspiration in the company would be my team lead, Candace. She always gives 100 percent and constantly follows up with her team to help them grow and improve. I aim to become a great leader like her.
Q: How did you hear about Coast Inc?
A: I read the job description on Indeed and immediately applied.
Q: Did you have any hesitations about joining the team?
A: I'll admit I was a little nervous to start sales, but I overcame that after seeing how fun and friendly the interview process was with Coast.
Q: What was it about Coast Inc. that you like most?
A: What I like most about working with Coast Inc are the opportunities for business trips, being able to learn from other team leads/management, and consistently improving my skills to be more successful.

A: Coast Inc has helped me achieve my goals by providing quality and hardworking individuals who are always willing to help others improve.
Q: What do you think the company does to help you succeed?
A: Working with Coast Inc fits my personality because I am social and enjoy developing relationships with customers and coworkers. The company helps this by providing people who are dedicated and determined in helping others succeed.
Q: Would you recommend working at Coast Incorporated to your friends or family?
A: I would definitely recommend working at Coast Inc to my friends and family. No job has ever inspired me this much to improve both personally and professionally on a daily basis.
Q: Last question, what advice would you give to a job candidate who may not be sure that a role at Coast Inc. is a good fit?
A: If a potential candidate was not sure about working with Coast Inc, I would tell them there are not many other jobs that have the same culture, opportunities for advancement, and dedicated leadership that exists at this company.
